Customer Service is core to what we do - Ofload delivers unrivalled efficiency and top-notch service to all our customers. You’ll be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our customers and delivering a great experience to them.
You’ll be part of the awesome Ofload family. Together we will be challenging the way Australian trucking companies think about freight at scale. Founded in 2019, Ofload has backing from several investors including Maersk, one of the largest container ship and supply vessel operators in the world, and Global Founders Capital, one of the largest technology VC funds in Europe.
You are a highly personable, driven, and resourceful Customer Service Representative. You have a passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers, with the will to go the extra mile! This role would suit an energetic, confident individual who is a great communicator.
